Spreading Joy and Giving Back During the Festive Season

The spirit of the festive season inspires us to give back and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around us. Through our 'Together for Good' program, we took heartfelt initiatives during the 2023 Christmas season to support local communities and foster positive change.

In collaboration with DESMOS, we extended our support to the Peplos Primary School in Evros. This small school of just 25 students faces unique challenges in providing quality education. We addressed critical needs by contributing to the creation of a vibrant new school library, complete with equipment and furniture. Beyond this, we covered essential administration costs, ensuring an enriching learning environment for these young learners.

Our commitment to nurturing development also led us to support the ‘White Butterflies Foundation.’ We donated essential equipment to enhance therapy rooms for children and adults with sensory processing disorders. This initiative aimed to create a nurturing space for growth, ensuring better care and development opportunities.

We proudly extended our help to the Zorzis Michalinos Care Home in Chios, assisting with operating costs for its nursing home. By alleviating financial burdens, we contributed to the well-being and dignity of elderly residents, ensuring their needs were met with compassion and care.

Our employees came together to bring joy to 62 girls supported by the Chatzikiriakeio Foundation of Child Protection. Becoming personal Santas, they thoughtfully fulfilled each girl’s wishes, wrapping gifts with care and ensuring they arrived in time for Christmas—beautifully embodying the true spirit of giving.

As we look back on the 2023 festive season, we take pride in spreading joy, hope, and opportunity. Together, we embody the values that make us unique and strengthen the bonds within our company and with the communities we serve.
