Empowering People Through the All-Aboard Alliance
Our people are at the heart of our success. That’s why we’re proud to join the All-Aboard Alliance, an initiative launched during the Global Maritime Forum’s 2020 Virtual High-Level Meeting to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the maritime industry.
Our vessel, M/V Phaidra, plays a pivotal role in Diversity@Sea, a groundbreaking project where 11 companies pilot new measures to create a more inclusive and appealing environment for seafarers. For M/V Phaidra, this includes a gender quota of at least four women—remarkable in an industry where women represent less than 2% of the workforce—facilities to meet menstrual needs, 24/7 Wi-Fi, and inclusive personal protective equipment.
The All-Aboard Alliance fosters collaboration among industry leaders, offering a platform to share strategies, insights, and best practices. Members adhere to five principles that guide their DEI initiatives, with transparent annual reporting to ensure accountability. This framework empowers companies like us to champion meaningful change.
