Committed to Protecting Our Seas

On November 17, 2023, we partnered with the Hellenic Marine Environment Protection Association (HELMEPA) for a Coastal Cleanup Event at the Peace and Friendship Stadium Beach near Piraeus Port in Attica, Greece. This initiative reflects our steadfast commitment to safeguarding marine ecosystems, a vital pillar of our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy.

Our employees, along with their families and other HELMEPA member companies, joined forces to combat marine pollution with enthusiasm and determination. Together, we made a tangible impact by removing significant amounts of plastic and other debris from the shoreline. The cleanup demonstrated the strength of collaboration and reinforced our shared dedication to protecting marine life.

With over 41 years of expertise, HELMEPA is at the forefront of addressing marine litter, monitoring and analyzing debris data to support members like us in implementing effective interventions. Their leadership is instrumental in reducing waste and preserving the health of our oceans.
